Returning items
If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it. Details can be found here.

Returns
• Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• You are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
• Contact us and please provide the order number.
• We will send you a return label.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods that are returned without prior notification.

Conditions
For a return, the item must be in the following condition:
• Item in undamaged original packaging
• No signs of washing or use, stains, hair or scents
• Labels not removed
• Proof of purchase

Damaged or incorrect goods

Your item goes through many stages, so if you happen to receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us. We will look into your problem and cover the return costs in this case.

Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank, credit card company or payment processor to process and post the refund.
